Here a Chick there a Chick

Spring is coming, ladies! We are anxiously awaiting blossoms and blooms, but often find it’s still a little too chilly here in Kansas. I couldn’t wait, so I made my own garden in the dining room.
I got to sort through some of my favorite linens last week to help my sister, Tamara decorate a window for her crochet guild. I couldn’t pass up the chance to pull a few favorites and decorate for Easter.
I think this is the perfect Easter Basket, I love vintage purses and am always looking for a way to give them a new use, a new life.
This is one of my favorites, it stands up so nicely and holds books, magazines and anything I might want to tote about. Don’t despair if Spring seems to be taking too long, drag some sunshine out from an old box and make your own blossom!
